This public offer is a formal proposal by MARKET-RAZVITIE LLC (hereinafter the Contractor) to enter into an agreement for the provision of services in website and online store development, digital marketing and AI agent implementation (hereinafter the Services) with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the Client) that has expressed an interest in the Services of the Contractor.
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Services to the Client, and the Client undertakes to pay for those Services on the terms set out in this offer.
1.2. The scope and price of the Services are defined in the commercial proposal prepared by the Contractor for the Client.
2.1. The Services are provided within the timeframes agreed by the parties in the commercial proposal.
2.2. The Contractor is entitled to engage third parties to carry out individual stages of the Services without seeking the approval of the Client.
3.1. The Services are paid for in rubles to the bank details of the Contractor.
3.2. Payment is made in the manner and within the timeframes stated in the commercial proposal.
4.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform, or improper performance of, their obligations in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Contractor is not liable for losses incurred by the Client as a result of unlawful acts by third parties, failures of the internet connection or of the software of the Client, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor.
5.1. This offer takes effect from the moment it is published on the website of the Contractor and remains in force until withdrawn by the Contractor.
5.2. The agreement for the provision of the Services is deemed concluded once the Client has paid the advance in the amount stated in the commercial proposal.
5.3. All disputes and disagreements arising between the parties are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the location of the Contractor.
5.4. The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
